Activists engage men in efforts to stamp out FGM practice

The advocates against Female Genital Mutilation are increasingly engaging men to help stamp out the practice that is rooted in culture. In Karamoja sub-region where the Pokot and the Tepeth communities practice FGM, men who are seen as the drivers of female genital cutting, are responding to the call to abandon the harmful practice. Here is Irene Namyalo's report from Moroto district.
